A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila is an American reality dating show. Tila Tequila , who publicly describes herself as bisexual, is a Vietnamese-American singer and model who chooses her dream partner from 16 straight men and 16 homosexual women in the series. The candidates have to pass various competitions (so-called "challenges"). At least one participant is eliminated from her in each episode. All candidates live together in one house and also have a key to it. If they have been eliminated, they must give it up. The show was broadcast in America on October 9, 2007 for the first time, in Germany it began in March 2008. Both in America and in Germany, the series was broadcast on the music channel MTV . This season's winner is Bobby Banhart, but the relationship broke down.

A double shot at love

From December 9, 2008 to February 3, 2009 a spin-off of the series ran on MTV under the title A Double Shot at Love . The main actresses are the bisexual twins Erica & Victoria Mongeon, known as Rikki & Vikki. In search of great love, the two decide between twelve men and twelve women for a winner. Vikki chose Trevor Lord, as did her twin sister Rikki. The decision then lay with the winner Trevor Lord, who chose Vikki. Rikki therefore received nothing.
