Aage Dons
Aage Dons (born August 19, 1903 on Svanholm near Frederikssund , † October 20, 1993 ) was a Danish writer.
His father was a tenant farmer. He lived in Hellerup . Dons wrote novels and translated English and American literature. The subject of his often ingeniously constructed works was often the psychological analysis of outsider figures. In his novels he often feels tense about the causes of instinctual conflicts of the actors. One of his best novels is Den svundene Tid er ej forbi ( The past time is not over ) from 1950, a novel with autobiographical features.
