Abade is a place in the district of Pagué on the island of Príncipe in the island state of São Tomé and Príncipe . In 2012 there were 232 inhabitants.

The place is at an altitude of approx. 252 m above Praia Abade on the northeast coast of the island. The place was created as a dependency of the plantation (roça) Bela Vista .
