Abas (writer)
Abas was an ancient historian who wrote the work Troika (Τροικά). A fragment of this work has come down to us from the Virgil commentator Servius (on Aeneid 9,264). Eduard Schwartz thought it unlikely that this Abas is identical to the sophist of the same name , mentioned in the Byzantine lexicon Suda .
