Abasse Ba (born July 12, 1976 in Pelelkindessa ) is a former Senegalese football player.
Career
player
Ba began his career at the French club CS Louhans-Cuiseaux , with whom he rose from the third to the second division in 1999. In 2001 he moved to third division club FCO Dijon , with whom he also succeeded in promotion in 2004. In 2007 Ba went to AC Le Havre , with whom he even rose to the first division just a year later . He came to 16 appearances in his only first division season, since the club was relegated in 2009. In the spring of 2009 he was loaned to Al-Rayyan SC for a month in Qatar . In 2011 he ended his professional career.
Trainer
From November to December 2012 he was assistant coach of the first team at Le Havre, after which he became assistant coach of the second team. From the beginning of the 2016/17 season he was the coach of the U-19 team and has been the coach of the second team since the 2017/18 season.
