Incline

In geomorphology, the slope denotes the (natural or artificial) slope of a terrain surface as landform . The slope denotes the small-scale slope , medium-scale z. B. a termination of a shift stage and large-scale z. B. a steep slope . The river system follows the incline . The rivers that follow the large-scale incline are referred to as consistent rivers.

Orographic refers to the Gebirgsabdachung - about southern Gebirgsabdachung , eastern slope , Pacific Gebirgsabdachung u. Ä. - an entire "side" of a mountain range, or the predominant orientation of the so-called slopes.
