Abdul Halim Sharar

Abdul Halim Sharar (* 1860 in Lucknow ; † 1926 ) was an Indian essayist, historian and novelist who wrote in Urdu .

Guzishta Lucknow

Guzishta Lucknow , his historical work on the Indian city of Lucknow (Lucknow) in the late period of the Mughal Empire , was welcomed in the English translation of Colonel ES Harcourt and Fakhir Hussain UNESCO Collection of Representative Works . It first appeared in sequels in the Urdu literary magazine Dil Gudaz, founded and edited by Abdul Halim Sharar .
