Abd as-Salam Sabrah (* 1912 in North Yemen ; † 2012) ( Arabic عبد السلام صبره, DMG ʿAbd as-Salām Ṣabrah ) was a Yemeni politician. From 1967 to 1971 he was the vice-premier of the Yemeni Arab Republic (North Yemen) three times briefly between 1969 and 1971 .

As early as 1948, Abdul Salam Sabrah was imprisoned with Abd ar-Rahman al-Iryani for participating in an attempted coup after the assassination of Imam (King) Yahya . Although Abd as-Salam Sabrah, together with Abdullah as-Sallal and Hassan al-Amri , was one of the leading organizers of the overthrow of the monarchy in September 1962, he rose only slowly within the republican leadership. In 1965 he was initially only Minister of Post (Minister of Communications) in al-Amri's cabinet. It was only after al-Sallal's fall that Abd al-Salam Sabrah became Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister in various al-Amri-led governments from December 1967.

After al-Amri's resignation on July 9, 1969, he initially continued the official business as deputy prime minister until Muhsin al-Aini was commissioned to form a new government - and even further, since al-Aini failed at the task. On September 2, 1969, he finally handed over the business of government to Abdullah Kurschumi , who took him over to his cabinet as deputy prime minister. Al-Kurschumi's resignation was followed by al-Aini in February 1970 and Sabrah also became vice-premier in his cabinet.

After al-Aini also had to resign on February 26, 1971, it was again Sabrah who continued the official business until Ahmad Muhammad Numan formed a new government on May 3, 1971 , which was followed by another cabinet in August 1971. For the third and last time, Sabrah continued to run the affairs of government as deputy prime minister after al-Amri's final resignation on September 5, 1971, until al-Aini formed a new government on September 18 and chose Ibrahim al-Hamdi as deputy prime minister and interior minister instead of Sabrah .
