Abe Duque

Abe Duque (* 1968 in Ecuador , actually: Carlos Abraham Duque Alcivar ) is an American techno - DJ and music producer . He also performed under the pseudonym Kirlian .

Life

He came to New York City with his parents when he was two . As a young keyboard player he then accompanied church services and worked in the band Program 2 , he also worked as a hobby DJ. In 1989 his first single Running Man was released on Panter Records . This was followed by productions for the labels Tension , Disko B and Oval . In New York City he became part of the DJ collective Rancho Relaxo Allstars and played regularly at The Limelight club . Since 2002 he has been releasing on his own label Abe Duque Records . He produced the 2003 album NYMuscle for DJ Hell .
