A representative office is the office of a representative at or in parliament . This is made available to the MP via the Parliament's administration.

German Bundestag

According to Section 12 (4) Sentence 1 No. 1 AbgG , an office at the seat of the German Bundestag is part of the office equipment of every member of the Bundestag .

The parliamentary office is to be distinguished from the parliamentary group rooms.

The representative offices are not located in the Reichstag building , but in the outbuildings, in particular the Jakob-Kaiser-Haus , Matthias-Erzberger-Haus , Otto-Wels-Haus and the Paul-Löbe-Haus .
