Abha Dawesar
Abha Dawesar (born January 1, 1974 in New Delhi ) is an Indian author.
After finishing school, Dawesar studied at Harvard University . She lives in New York City .
She has been writing in English since 2000. In 2000, Dawesar published her first novel Miniplanner , which was published by Penguin Books under the title The Three of Us . In 2005 Dawesar published her second book called Babyji . For this she received the Stonewall Book Award and the Lambda Literary Award in 2006 . In 2006 her third novel, That Summer, was published in Paris .
