Abigail Savage
Abigail Savage (born June 26, 1984 in New York ) is an American actress and sound designer .
Life
Savage was best known for her role as Gina Murphy on the TV series Orange Is the New Black . For this she and other actors in the series received the Screen Actors Guild Award three times in the category “ Best Acting Ensemble in a TV Series - Comedy ” (2015, 2016 and 2017).
Savage worked from 1998 for the audio post production studio Dig It Audio, founded by Tom Efinger in New York, and currently for his company Red Hook Post. As a sound designer and SFX specialist, she has been involved in films such as Sugar , Goodbye Solo , Inside Job and At Any Price - At Any Price . She lives in Brooklyn .
