Katja Steen Salskov-Iversen (born August 19, 1994 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish sailor .

successes

Katja Salskov-Iversen took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with Jena Hansen in the boat class 49erFX . In the final medal race , the two Danes were one of four boats that made the four top placements among themselves. With a third place, Salskov-Iversen and Hansen secured the bronze medal behind Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze as well as Molly Meech and Alex Maloney . At world championships she became world champion with Jena Hansen in Porto the following year . In addition, she won the silver medal three times with Salskov-Iversen from 2013 to 2015, before the two became European champions in 2016.
