Launch permit

A shooting permit is the permission of an authority to kill an animal with a firearm .

General

An animal which is not under human care, has withdrawn from human care and control and cannot be captured for reasons of animal welfare or to avert danger , must be killed. It is irrelevant whether the animal belongs to the game , has a protection status or whether it is a farm, zoo or circus animal .

hunt

For game, a shooting permit is granted under hunting law by specifying hunting and closed seasons as part of a shooting plan .

military

In a similar way, a launch permit can be the permit to launch an enemy fighter or unidentifiable aircraft - e.g. B. over a military restricted area - mean. With the exception of acute emergencies, both processes are tied to specific, legally defined procedures. In Germany , the military is incumbent on the Bundeswehr within the framework of the primacy of politics . The Federal Constitutional Court declared an authorization to shoot down civil aircraft in the event of suspected terrorism that it was void.
