hunt
For game, a shooting permit is granted under hunting law by specifying hunting and closed seasons as part of a shooting plan .
military
In a similar way, a launch permit can be the permit to launch an enemy fighter or unidentifiable aircraft - e.g. B. over a military restricted area - mean. With the exception of acute emergencies, both processes are tied to specific, legally defined procedures. In Germany , the military is incumbent on the Bundeswehr within the framework of the primacy of politics . The Federal Constitutional Court declared an authorization to shoot down civil aircraft in the event of suspected terrorism that it was void.
