AcademyFIVE is an integrated campus management system (also called university information system ) for service-oriented university management. The web-based software has been developed and operated as a complete solution by the Simovative company in Munich since 2002 .
history
AcademyFIVE - a result of a study project - has been continuously developed and adapted since the company was founded in 2002. An individual development became a modular standard software that has since been successfully introduced at around 60 universities.
Range of functions
AcademyFIVE consists of a basic system and individual modules for all university processes:
Basic system, exam management, course and room planning, application management, application management, submission management, seminar management, document generator, finance module, autopilot, teaching assignments, calendar synchronization with Office 365 , communication , MobileApp, newsletter , CampusWeb, reporting, state office statistics, analytics, BIS notification.
In addition, specific requirements of some types of university are supported, such as: executive education , distance learning , art and music academies.
application areas
Academy Five comes to universities, colleges and vocational academies in the administration used. All those involved, from university management and administration to lecturers, interested parties, applicants, students and alumni to partners and companies, are combined in one system as fully integrated campus management software . All processes of the academic cycle are mapped in the system.

AcademyFIVE is successfully used at over 60 universities in different fields in Germany , Austria and Switzerland : around 85,000 students are managed by around 2,000 university employees.
