Ace Capelle is a former Nauruan sprinter .

life and career

At the Micronesia Games in Agana (Guam) in 1994 , Ace Capelle won the bronze medal (44.8 s) as the starting runner of the 4 x 100 meter relay together with Fredrick Canon , Tryson Duburiya and Michael Demapilis ; with the 4 x 400 meter relay around Canon, Duburiya and Fine Olsson he finished fourth and set a Nauruan national record in 3: 43.7 minutes . Over 100 meters , Capelle was eliminated in the lead with a time of 11.8 s. He has been a fisheries officer with the Nauru Fisheries and Marine Resources Authority (NFMRA) since 2001 . In the parliamentary elections in 2013 , Capelle ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the national parliament in the Buada constituency .
