The building at Adalbertstrasse 51 in the Maxvorstadt district of the Bavarian capital Munich is a protected architectural monument .

description

The five-story tenement house in Adalbertstrasse was built in 1900/01 for the building contractor Johann Widmann, who owned numerous pieces of land in Maxvorstadt and at the same time built house number 49. The houses no. 49 and no. 51 have the same facade structure and interior layout. The entrance to the five-axis building in the neo-renaissance style with brick-clad facade and double bay windows is in the middle. A platform staircase gives access to two apartments on each floor.
