The building at Adalbertstrasse 62 in the Maxvorstadt district of the Bavarian capital Munich is a protected architectural monument .

description

The four-storey building in Adalbertstrasse was built by Karl Stiersdorfer in 1887/88 . The neo-renaissance building with flat side risers and richly structured facade has largely been preserved in its original form. A double landing staircase gives access to two apartments on each floor. The horizontal cornices of the facade are each supported by three pilasters . The house entrance and the outer windows on the second floor are crowned by triangular gables. The roof extension took place in 1970 with the existing dormers .
