Adam Krzysztof Abramowicz (born March 10, 1961 in Biała Podlaska ) is a Polish politician and since 2007 a member of the Sejm in the VI. , VII. And VIII. Electoral term.

Life

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Organization of Mining at the Technical University of Lublin . He completed postgraduate studies in the field of water, sewage and waste technology at the Faculty of Sanitary Engineering of the Technical University of Wroclaw .

From 1986 to 1989 he was employed as the coordinator of the sewage treatment plant in the voivodeship sewerage and sewerage company in Biała Podlaska. He has been running his own company since 1990 and since 2001 he has been the head of the management of the business chain "Nasze Sklepy".

Between 1998 and 2002 and between 2006 and 2007 he was a member of the Biała Podlaska City Council. In the local elections in 2006 he ran unsuccessfully for the post of mayor in Biała Podlaska. In the parliamentary elections in 2007 he was elected to the Sejm for the constituency of Chełm with 11,970 votes on the list of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice - PiS). He is a member of the Sejm Commissions for Economics and Ethnic and National Minorities.

On June 22, 2018, he resigned prematurely.
