Adam Christian Wacks
Adam Christian Wacks (born May 9, 1675 in the Principality of Saxony-Gotha ; † June 17, 1732 in Heilbronn ) was Mayor of Heilbronn from 1730 to 1732 .
Life
In 1695 he studied law at the University of Tübingen and from 1710 belonged to the small, inner council (“von den burgern”) in Heilbronn, was tax master from 1725 and from 1730 mayor.
Adam Christian was first married to Anna Margarete Tempfel, the daughter of a Heilbronn citizen. In his second marriage he was married to the widow of Georg Friedrich Feyerabend . Their son Gottlieb Moriz was also mayor from 1770 to 1802.
