Adam Pimple

Adam Pickel (born December 26, 1881 in Mitteldachstetten , † September 25, 1956 in Nuremberg ) was a German businessman.

Career

After working on a farm for several years, he attended the State Dairy School in Weihenstephan and the Dairy Institute in Hameln. From 1903 he worked as a manager at a private cheese dairy in the Allgäu and at cooperative dairies in Windsbach and Altdorf. From 1908 to 1915 he was a dairy instructor for the Bavarian Raiffeisen Association. In 1915 he founded Bayerische Milchversorgung GmbH, based in Nuremberg, and remained its managing director until 1945. In 1930 he was a co-founder of the Bavarian dairy headquarters, which he rebuilt after the end of the Second World War .
