Adams' Grammar School

The Adams' Grammar School ( AGS ) is a company incorporated in 1656 British private school . It was the first public school in Newport , Shropshire .

Adams' GS is organized in four houses, which serve as the basis for sporting and professional competitions. These are divided into boarding houses for the boarding school students and day houses for the external students.

The renowned school has an active network of former students (alumni). Graduates from the school include Jeremy Corbyn and John, 1st Earl Gower .
