Adda-Douéni is a place on the island of Anjouan in the island state of Comoros in the Indian Ocean . In 1991 there were 6,171 inhabitants.

Adda-Douéni and Jandza are centrally located in the south of the island at the connection between Domoni in the east and Moya on the west coast.
