Adelheid Sievert-Staudte

Adelheid Sievert-Staudte (* 1944 as Adelheid Sievert ) is a German professor for aesthetic education and art education .

Career

Sievert-Staudte studied at the University of Bielefeld and the University of Hamburg . In 1975 she received her doctorate and in 1980 her habilitation followed . From 1980 to 1984 she was professor for art didactics at primary level at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen , then until retirement as professor for art education at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main .

Sievert is a stimulus and thought leader in the theory and practice of aesthetic education. The principle of learning with all the senses is inextricably linked with her name .

In September 1990, through their initiative, the women-specific specialist conference of art educators, FrauenKunstPädagogik , came about in Frankfurt . This independent forum provides space for positioning on gender issues.

Adelheid Sievert-Staudte is a member of the Association of German Art Teachers .
