The house Adelheidring 15 is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in Magdeburg's Stadtfeld Ost district on the west side of Adelheidring street. Adelheidring 16 , which is also listed, adjoins to the south .

Architecture and history

The two-story brick building was built in 1896 according to plans by the architects Cornelius and Jaehn for the merchant Paul Meyer, who owned a steam roller business. The representative building is designed in the form of a villa in the style of late historicism . At the northeast corner of the house is a polygonal , half-timbered corner tower. It is crowned with a high, curly bonnet. A round bay window protrudes from the facade on the street side. It is provided with a loggia and has a parapet made of tracery . A half-timbered gable is located above the bay window.

The front garden of the property is provided with an original fence.

The picturesque building, as the northern end of the row of houses, is considered to be significant in terms of urban planning and a typical mansion for the time.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed under registration number 094 82652 as a monument .
