Architecture and history
The three-storey plastered building was built in 1893/94 as the administration and management building of the Magdeburg Association for Steam Boiler Operation . It was built by the company Sack & Co. The building housed workrooms for engineers and a director's apartment on the upper floor. The elongated building has flat sides risalite . The cladding of the windows as well as the window canopies are designed in the neo-Renaissance style.
