Admiral Bridge

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An admiral's bridge is a technicus term and describes a command area from which an admiral and his staff can monitor, coordinate and command a fleet .

The Admiralsbrücke is an independent area and is located, for example, at the Enterprise under the actual command bridge , from which the aircraft carrier itself is navigated . In the case of John F. Kennedy, however, it is higher. The German battleship Gneisenau had a closed Admiral Bridge.
