Adnan Fočić (born March 6, 1966 in Sarajevo ) is a former Yugoslav football player in defense . He played for LASK Linz in the second class first division .
Career
Fočić played in his youth for his hometown club FK Željezničar Sarajevo before moving to FK Sarajevo in 1986 , where he stayed until 1986. He then went to NK Celik Zenica and from 1989 to 1992 to NK Bosna Visoko . Subsequently, Fočić was committed to LASK Linz in 1992 . For Linz he completed nine games in the second-rate first division in the 1992/93 season . In 1994 he moved to Germany to work for Energie Cottbus , which at that time was playing in the third -rate regional soccer league Northeast . For his first use Fočić came on August 14, 1994 against the amateurs of Hertha BSC. He played a total of 20 games for the first team and five games for the second team in the BB - Landesliga Süd, where he also met once. After only a year he left the club and probably moved first to SG Bornim , for which he played at least two games in late 1995 in the NOFV-Oberliga Nord. In 1996 Fočić must have moved to FSV Velten , who had just been promoted from the Oberliga to the Regionalliga Nordost. Although Fočić was just able to keep the class with Velten and was also used in the following season, he moved back to his home country in 1997 to NK Bosna Visoko and in 1998 to FK Sarajevo. He stayed there until his retirement in 2012.
After his career as a football player Fočić worked as a youth coach at FK Sarajevo. He then became head coach of the first team at NK Bosna Visoko in 2010. He stayed there until the beginning of 2013 and was again active as a trainer there in the middle to the end of the year. Then he trained again the youth of FK Sarajevo.
