Adolf Hasenkamp

Adolf Hasenkamp (born September 9, 1874 in Düsseldorf , † May 8, 1936 in Stuttgart ) was a German economist.

Life

Hasenkamp studied law at the University of Lausanne , the Philipps University of Marburg and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University . In Marburg he became active in the Corps Hasso-Nassovia in 1894 . In mid-June 1896 he passed the trainee exam. Two weeks later in Erlangen, he was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD. On May 16, 1902, he passed the assessor exam. After spending several years abroad, especially in the United States , he became a private lecturer in economics at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel in 1909 . In 1914 he was appointed full professor for economics and statistics at the Technical University of Danzig .
