Adolf Otto Jäger (born June 25, 1920 - † June 7, 2002 ) was a professor at the Free University of Berlin . He formulated the Berlin intelligence structure model , which is a multi-factorial theory of intelligence theories , and based on this, developed the Berlin intelligence structure test (BIS test; version 4), as it is still used today, with Heinz-Martin Süß and André Beaducel . In his research project “Productive Thinking / Intelligent Processing” he wanted to unite the various competing theories.

Adolf Otto Jäger died in 2002 at the age of 81. His grave is in the Dahlem cemetery in Berlin.
