Adolfo Domingo Torres
Adolfo Domingo Torres (* 1943 or 1944 ; † October 14, 2010 in Buenos Aires ) was an Argentine physician , university professor and politician .
The doctor of dentistry was from 1990 to 1994 and from 2006 to 2010 Dean of the Dental Faculty of the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE). He was also a former president of the Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional . In 2001 he ran for the office of mayor of Corrientes and between 2002 and 2003 he held the office of Minister of Culture of the Province of Corrientes in the government of Governor Ricardo Golombi . At the time of his death he was rector of the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste . He died at the age of 66 from cardiac arrest.
