The house registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located in the northern part of the Quedlinburg old town. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Aegidiikirchhof 5 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the building to the east , and Aegidiikirchhof 7 , which was built at the same time, to the west .
Architecture and history
The three-storey, wide half-timbered house built around 1760 has a high roof space. It served as a storage floor and has pike dormers . The compartments of the house are provided with various decorative brickwork. There are profiled plank boards on the half-timbered facade.
At a later time an increase was made in order to create more storage space.
In the yard of the property there is a small farm building, also built in half-timbered construction. It is plastered with clay.
