Aeródromo de La Axarquía (also known as Aeródromo Leoni Benabu ) is an airfield in Vélez-Málaga .

The airfield is located around four kilometers northwest of the city of Vélez-Málaga and is approved for civil aviation under VFR conditions. The operator is the Real Aeroclub de Málaga. On the site there are hangars , a maintenance hangar, a gas station, the office of the aero club and the flight control tower. The tower frequency is 123.50 MHz.

At the southern end of the runway there is a helicopter landing pad and a separate area for model flying .
