Agnes Jongerius (born November 4, 1960 in Vleuten-De-Meern, Utrecht ) is a Dutch politician of the Partij van de Arbeid .
Life
Jongerius studied at the University of Utrecht . She became a member of the Dutch trade union Federatie Nederlandse Vak Moving . Jongerius has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014 . There she is Vice-Chair of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and a member of the Delegation for Relations with the Countries of Southeast Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
