  • the concentration of the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University on application-related teaching and application-related research and development projects,
  • the focus of the Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture on implementation-oriented, applied research.

The cooperation is accompanied by a coordination committee and an advisory board.

coordination

The coordination is carried out by the managing director of the central institute Hans Eisenmann Center for Agricultural Sciences as well as a representative of the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences and the Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture. The chairmanship changes every three years between the following institutions:

  • the managing director of the Hans Eisenmann Center (currently Johann Bauer)
  • the dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Management at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (currently Ulrich Bodmer)
