Agustina Gutiérrez Salazar (* 1851 in San Fernando , † September 4, 1886 in Santiago de Chile ) was a Chilean painter and draftsman .

Gutiérrez was the first woman in Chile to be admitted to the Academia de Pintura in 1866 . She studied there with Alejandro Ciccarelli until 1871 . In 1869 she became a professor of drawing, also the first woman in Chile. Above all, her psychologically nuanced portrait drawings found recognition . She received an honorable mention at the Salón in Santiago in 1884 . Gutiérrez's works are in the collection of the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes .
