Ahaneith (also Aha-Neith ) is the ancient Egyptian name of a member of the royal family who lived during the reign of the king ( pharaoh ) Wadji ( 1st dynasty ).

Her name, which is based on the goddess Neith , appears on a badly damaged grave stele together with the determinative of a seated woman. It has no title. The stele is made of limestone , is 35.5 cm high and 23 cm wide. It is not known whether Ahaneith was the king's wife, a royal servant or a relative of the king.

After the death of Wadji, Ahaneith was buried in side grave No. 57 in the king's necropolis ( Tomb Z ) in Abydos . Until the beginning of the 2nd dynasty , it was an ancient Egyptian tradition that some members of the royal family had to follow the ruler to their death.
