Aimé Proot
Aimé Proot (* 1890 ; date of death unknown) was a Belgian long-distance runner .
At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he came in Cross Country in the individual competition at the 36th place and finished sixth in the team standings. Over 10,000 m he was eliminated in the preliminary run.
In 1921 he became Belgian champion over 10,000 m . He set his personal best over this distance of 33: 19.0 minutes in 1921.
