Ajuma Ameh-Otache

Ajuma Ameh-Otache (* December 1, 1984 - November 10, 2018 ) was a Nigerian soccer player in the midfield position .

Life

Ameh-Otache was part of the Nigerian women's national football team at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and played at club level for Pelican Stars FC . After her active time as a player, she worked as a trainer - also for men's teams; most recently she worked with the Nigerian U17 team .

She died of a rare muscle disease in November 2018 at the age of 33. Ameh-Otache was married and had three children.
