Akihiro Kitamura
Akihiro Kitamura ( Japanese 北 村 昭博 , Kitamura Akihiro ; born March 26, 1979 in Kōchi Prefecture ) is a Japanese actor.
Life
After moving to the United States , Kitamura studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse for five years at the age of 18 . He also studied at the North Carolina School of the Arts from 1997 to 1999 and 2001 to 2004 at Los Angeles City College .
Career
His first feature films were porn and I'll Be There with You , which he wrote and directed himself.
In 2008, Kitamura appeared in a number of TV roles including VH1's New York Goes to Hollywood and MTV's From Gs to Gents . He also appeared on NBC's Heroes as Tadashi, a Japanese businessman who tries to commit suicide.
In 2009 he played one of the lead roles in the controversial film The Human Centipede , in which he played an all-Japanese-speaking young man.
