Acrobatics , actually Jared Bridgeman (born March 1, 1975 in Dorchester, Boston ) is an American rapper . He is part of the hip-hop group The Perceptionists with Mr. Lif and DJ Fakts One , who released Black Dialogue in 2005 . He has also worked with Edo G , Guru , Slaine , M-Dot , 7L & Esoteric and Termanology, among others .

Life

Acrobatics' 2014 album Built to Last was named one of the 40 best hip hop albums in 2014. In 2014 and 2015 he gave guest lectures at the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College, where he taught the Hip Hop: History and Practice course with Professor of American Studies, Rachel Rubin .
