al-Fateh Sports Club ( Arabic نادي الفتح الرياضي, DMG Nādī l-Fatḥ ar-riyāḍī ) is a Saudi Arabian sports club based in Hofuf ( Al-Hasa ). It was founded in 1958.
He is known for his professional football club al-Fateh FC. The club plays its home games at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium . His nickname al-Namothaji (the role model) is due to the fact that the club plays in almost all sports in the national top league. The soccer team achieved their greatest success to date when they won the Saudi Professional League in 2012/13. The following year, the club played in the AFC Champions League 2014 , but dropped out in the group stage.
