al Buqa'a ( Arabic البقعة, DMG al-Buqʿa ) is a sports club from Amman in Jordan . The club plays in the country's highest league, the Jordan League . The club plays its home games at the al Quwaysimah Stadium. The club was founded in 1968. The greatest success of the club was reaching the cup final in 1980. There they lost to al-Faisaly with 1: 3. Since the promotion in 2000, the third place from the 2006/07 season was the highest placing in the championship.
