At 253.5 meters and 60 floors, the Al Marsa Tower is one of the taller skyscrapers in Dubai . The building stands on a podium that contains the lower floors.

The skyscraper mainly contains residential space , but the lower five floors are used as studios, parking areas , office space and shops. It also has two cellars that are used as parking spaces and by the building maintenance services. In the building there are apartments from two, three and four bedrooms up to penthouses .
