Alain Moizan (born November 18, 1953 in Saint-Louis , Senegal ) is a former French football player and current coach of Senegalese descent.

His most successful time was at AS Monaco, where he was French champion in 1978 and French cup winner in 1980 .

In February 2008 Moizan took over the position of national coach for Mauritania, his second engagement as national coach, after he had previously coached Mali.

He has been the national coach of New Caledonia since 2012 . With the team he reached second place at the 2012 Oceania Football Championship .
