Alba Flores (* 27. October 1986 in Madrid as Alba González Villa ) is a Spanish actress.

biography

Alba studied dramaturgy with a minor in piano from the age of thirteen . In her short career as a stage artist, she appeared in several roles, including a. in "Luna de miel en Hiroshima" (Honeymoon in Hiroshima) (2005) and a gypsy version of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (2007).

In 2005 Alba made her film debut with Chus Gutiérrez '"El Calentito". On television, she first took part in an episode of the series "El comisario" in 2006, and in 2008 she played a role in the series "El síndrome de Ulises".

In 2009 she recorded her father's song I cannot fall in love with you for the soundtrack of the film “Al final del camino” (At the End of the Road) by Roberto Santiago . From 2013 she played the main role of the Moroccan servant Jamila in the series "El tiempo entre costuras", which is set in Spain after the Spanish civil war and the northern protectorates in Morocco. This was followed by an appearance in the TVE series "Cuéntame cómo pasó". In 2015, she played the Roma girl Saray Vargas in the series Vis a vis , who is sentenced to five years in prison for murder. She also played the role of Nairobi in the Netflix- produced series House of Money , with which she gained international fame.

family

Alba Flores is the only daughter of the musician and composer Antonio Flores, who died in 1995, and the theater producer Ana Villa. She is the granddaughter of Lola Flores , niece of the singers Lolita Flores and Rosario Flores, cousin of actress Elena Furiase.
