Albert Baun

Albert Friedrich Baun (born June 12, 1836 ; † after 1910) was a German administrative officer.

Life

After attending the Lyceum in Ludwigsburg, Albert Baun passed the lower service examination at the Department of the Interior. From 1859 to 1863 he studied criminal science at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and became a member of the Corps Ulmia Tübingen . In 1863 he passed the 1st and in 1864 the 2nd higher service examination.

Subsequently, he was an assistant at the Heidenheim regional office and unskilled worker at the Stuttgart city ​​office . At first as a provisional actuary at the Heidenheim Oberamt, he was appointed actuary and bailiff there in 1866 . From 1873 to 1874 he was Kolleligialhilfsarbeiter with the Government of the Jagst circle in Ellwangen and from 1874 to 1876 in the Department of the high building of the Ministry of the Interior in Stuttgart.

1876 Baun became the chief official of the Oberamts Schorndorf appointed. In 1888 he moved to the government of the Jagstkreis as a councilor and collegial councilor, where he was promoted to the senior government council in 1899 and retired as a government director in 1910. He was also a member of the board of the agricultural trade association in the Jagstkreis. He wrote a citizenship handbook.
