Albert Ernest Menke

Albert Ernest Menke (* 1858 ; † unknown) was a professor of agricultural and organic chemistry .

He attended Owen's College , King's College in London , the Sorbonne in Paris and Harvard University and received his D.Sc. in 1880.

From 1883 to 1887 he was Professor of Agricultural and Organic Chemistry in Kentucky. He then taught until 1902 at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and was in charge of the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station . His successor was Antony Moultrie Muckenfuss .
