Albert Heinemann

Albert Heinemann (born December 15, 1938 in Celle ) is a German lawyer and politician ( CDU ).

Life

Heinemann first attended elementary school in Wienhausen and then the Ernestinum grammar school in Celle. After graduating from high school, he began studying law at the University of Kiel and for a year at the University of Vienna . He passed his first state examination in law at the Higher Regional Court in Schleswig, followed by his second state examination in the Ministry of Justice in Hanover. Heinemann became a member of the CDU in 1968.

Public offices

In 1986 he became a councilor in the municipality of Wienhausen and councilor of the joint municipality of Flotwedel . Heinemann became a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from June 21, 1990 to June 20, 1994 for the first time in the twelfth electoral term . Here he was chairman of the “Prison Subcommittee” of the Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs from June 27, 1990 to June 20, 1994. He was a member of the state parliament until the 14th electoral term.
