Albert Ludwig Trippel
Albert Ludwig Trippel (born March 14, 1813 in Potsdam , † August 3, 1854 in Berlin ) was a German landscape, marine and architectural painter.
Born the son of a master stonemason, Trippel studied at the Royal Prussian Academy of Arts in Berlin . He then went on study trips to France , Italy , Spain and Greece .
In 1842, 1844, 1846 and 1850 he showed his works at the Berlin Academy Exhibition. His painting "Hall of the Signoria zu Pistoja" came into the art collections of the King of Prussia.
Trippel's works are in the collections of Sanssouci Palace and the Berlin State Museums .
Albert Ludwig Trippel died at the age of 41.
